We know what type of CALM you need!

Calm In A Box is about to turn five this Autumn (yes, we’re officially old enough for school now), so we’ve been doing a little reflecting.

Which got us thinking: who do we work with best? What keeps them up at night (apart from doomscrolling)? And, most importantly, what type of CALM do they actually need?

So, curious to know who you are? Read on, because we’ve boiled it down to four types — take a look and see which one feels most like you.

You look at the “this is how we’ve always done it” crowd and think… nope. You’re ready to reimagine how work should be done — more human, more flexible, more fun. And you’ve got big plans for changing things up. Once and for all.
The CALM you need: room to think big, experiment fearlessly, and keep your creative spark alive while everyone else catches up.

The Wellbeing Enthusiast

You’re the one sharing articles, organising wellness challenges, and encouraging others to take a break. You’re passionate about creating a healthier, happier workplace — but sometimes you feel like you’re pushing a boulder uphill.
The CALM you need: fresh ideas, a bit of backup, and a like-minded community cheering you on (because yes, you deserve support too!).
