Depression is the leading cause of disability worldwide with anxiety disorders becoming more and more prevalent, particularly in children.
Learning how to deal more effectively with the pressures of today’s constantly changing world and being fit and ready to lead yourself and others at home and at work is so important for living a calmer, more peaceful and happier life. Are you getting all of the support that you need to do this?
