I believe everyone deserves to enjoy a happy and fulfilled life doing the things they love, whilst making a positive impact on the planet and those around them. This is why we must take time for ourselves first. The World Happiness Report tells us that negative feelings including worry, sadness and anger have been rising around the world, up by 27% in the last ten years. Depression is the leading cause of disability worldwide with anxiety disorders becoming more and more prevalent, particularly in children.

 

Learning how to deal more effectively with the pressures of today’s constantly changing world and being fit and ready to lead yourself and others at home and at work is so important for living a calmer, more peaceful and happier life. Are you getting all of the support that you need to do this?

Already a certified coach and having coached executives and leadership teams for many years, over the last few years I have developed a passion for health and wellbeing. My quest for more calm in my life has taught me so much about who I am as a person, what I really want in life, how to look after my mind and body and how to build better relationships at home and at work.
